He replied as follows:

I was writing an editorial about it, but set it aside for some other stuff. I can't claim to be an expert. But the Carrier vs Google story seems flawed to me.

My Conversation with Larry Boucher about Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality: Cerf vs Farber

eWeek published a face off between Professor David Farber, frequently called the "Grandfather of the Internet" and Vinton Cerf, called by many the "Father of the Internet."
Here is a pertinent quote from the article:
